To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Statuses explained:

  • On Hold – We have received your order but it is on hold until we confirm your order and payment
  • Processing – We have received your order and it is currently being checked over.
  • Pending Payment – We have your order but are waiting on Payment to be processed.
  • Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled either by us or as a request from you.
  • Packing – Your order is currently at Packing and will ship shortly.
  • Rose Order – Your order is for bare-rooted Roses and will ship during July/August.
  • Peony Order – Your order is for bare-rooted peonies and will ship during June/July/August.
  • Completed – Your order has been packed and shipped (Hopefully delivered and planted in your garden).

If you have made a special request to have your order shipped in a certain month and date you may find the status of your order will reflect this. Therefore your order status will be different from the above.
